Connecticut Swim Camps

Join Fusion Swim Camps in the newly renovated SHS Pool this summer! We are proud to announce our stroke development training camp June 25 - 29. This program is designed to maximize individual development. You will work on all aspects of the competitive strokes – turn, mechanics, breathing, body positioning, and conditioning. Swimmers will improve their back & freestyle stroke starts, underwater kicking, flip & open turns. All this plus some dry land exercises, nutrition and fun games will be the foundation for your future swimming career, as well as other sports. Each highly decorated staff member is dedicated to the personal development and improvement of every swimmer. Campers should know how to swim, this isn’t a learn to swim camp.
